What is my scush.me profile, blog, and photos?
Your Member ID is part of your membership at your ONE COMMUNITY service.
Your old profile alias at "...myonecommunity.com" is simply replaced with "...scush.me".
"scush.me" is a wholly owned Scush Inc. service that is introducing several new member-based features above and beyond the services included with your community website. As a community website member, you automatically have free access to the new scush services.
Scush includes features and content that do not represent nor are represented-by your organization and so must be branded separately. There is no mention of your specific community website on public scush pages specifically to help further separate any perception of legal responsibility by the organization. Scush is a free service for all One Community network members -- there are no fees to organizations nor its members for the extra features both today and those coming in the near future.
Your privacy is important to us! As within your community website, scush also strongly protects your privacy including completely hiding your email address and other personal information while empowering members to share their blogs with family and friends outside the community, if and when they wish. This extra capability has been widely demanded by One Community clients and is one of the most important reasons we created scush!
To access your new personal profile and blog from within a community website, you may conveniently click "My blog and profile" near the top of the menu on the left. To edit your profile, then click "My profile".
To edit an existing blog entry, click the Edit icon near the title of the desired entry. To add a new entry, click "Blog!" or the Add icon immediately following your display name near the top of the page. To set an image in your blog to be your default profile image, click "Make profile default".
To access your new personal profile and blog from outside a community website, simply visit your personal blog link or http://scush.com and sign in with your same community website private account.
There are extra privacy options in "My profile" including the ability to turn on or off freely promoting your profile and blog in areas such as "What's new" and "Blogs". You may also completely enable or disable your entire profile and blog from being visible to anyone and you may change your options at any time.
To update your Member Account details such as name, address, email, and password, you must securely Sign in to your community website and click "My account". Account options are not available via scush at this time.
To return to your community website from scush, simply click "RETURN HOME" to return to the last page you were visiting at the community website. This is the preferred method as it helps ensure you are fully signed-out of scush at the same time as conveniently returning you to the community website.
